این خانه بین ساله‌های ۱۲۸۰ تا ۱۲۸۵ به فرمان ناصرالدین میرزا، فرزند مظفرالدین شاه در بخش شمالی محدوده ارگ سلطنتی ساخته شد. مساحت آن ۴۵۰۰ متر بود، که اکنون تنها ۹۰۰ متر از آن باقی‌ست. این خانه چهار صفه، کلاه‌فرنگی و حوضی زیر گنبد دارد. از نظر معماری، این بنا به معماری کویری تعلق دارد و طراحی آن با سایر بناهای دوره قاجار متفاوت است. این بنا، بر خلاف رسم خانه‌های اعیانی آن دوره، حیاط مرکزی و زیر زمین ندارد. دو بخش شاه‌نشین (درجبهه شمالی) و خدمه‌نشین (در جبهه جنوبی) روبه‌روی هم قرار دارند و هیچ ساختمانی آنها را به هم وصل نمی‌کند. سقف آن گنبدی‌ست و به تیمچه‌های کاشان شباهت دارد.
تا دوره پهلوی خانه متعلق به نوادگان ناصرالدین میرزا بود. پس از انقلاب ۱۳۵۷ ایران بدون مالک به حساب آمده و مصادره شد. اکنون صندوق بازنشستگی متولی این ساختمان است.
The house of Naseruddin Mirza is related to the Qajar period, and in Sooresrafil Street, Tehran.
This house was built between 1280 and 1285 (solar calendar) under the command of Naseruddin Mirza, son of Muzaffar al-Din Shah in the northern part of the royal citadel. Its area was 4500 meters, now only 900 meters away. This house has four pillars, hides and pillows under the dome. Architecturally, it belongs to the desert architecture and its design is different from other buildings of the Qajar period. Unlike the traditional houses of that period, this building has no central courtyard or underground. The two parts of the Shah's (on the northern side) and the servants (on the South Front) are opposite and no buildings connect them. Its roof is gonbadist and similar to Kashan's tributaries.
The palace was home to Nasseruddin Mirza's descendants. After the 1979 revolution, Iran was seized and confiscated without the owner. Now the pension fund is the custodian of this building.
